CML Security is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and forward-thinking leadership to technically demanding projects. Your New Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations.

You will lead projects from internal turnover through closeout, serving as a central point of coordination among project stakeholders. You will monitor financial performance, maintain project schedules, oversee documentation, support field operations, and identify potential risks before they affect project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple commercial construction projects from turnover through completion and closeout

  • Developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements

  • Leading project kickoff meetings and coordinating internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitoring project costs, profitability, labor performance, cash flow, and forecasting

  • Reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, purchase agreements, and change orders

  • Managing procurement activities and coordinating long-lead materials

  • Partnering with Superintendents and Foremen to support field execution, labor planning, and production

  • Maintaining project schedules and developing recovery plans when milestones are at risk

  • Conducting project site visits, quality inspections, and constructability reviews

  • Managing project documentation, compliance records, reporting, and communication

  • Coordinating commissioning, punch-list completion, turnover, and closeout activities

  • Supporting schedules of value, monthly billing, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Reviewing project invoices and monitoring estimated final costs

  • Coordinating vendors, subcontractors, engineering resources, and material releases

  • Building productive relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, clients, vendors, and project partners
