Worship Arts Pastor

• Do you enjoy identifying, engaging, and equipping musicians and vocalists to serve in worship ministry, and helping ensure that gifted people are connected and actively involved?
• Are you drawn to developing younger leaders, empowering them to grow in faith, and enabling them to serve and lead the body in worship?
• Are you passionate about creatively designing worship and prayer environments that help the congregation experience meaningful engagement with God beyond the normal Sunday morning service?

The Worship Arts Pastor at Fellowship will lead our church body in Christ-centered, biblically rich, worship that amplifies our mission of cultivating connected followers of Christ. They will oversee the planning and leading of Sunday worship gatherings, shepherd and and develop those who serve as "lead worshippers" and give oversight to environments across both of our campuses to ensure that they are God-honoring in their theology, tone and practice.
