Summary of Position: The Event Intern will assist the Event Executive in the execution of high-quality internal and external events. These events may include formal dinners, community marketing events, corporate events, weddings, receptions, and more.
Major
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up the event space with tables, chairs, and any required decoration per the client’s specifications.
- Assist with hosting during the event, tending to guests’ needs.
- Assist with errands related to events like picking up catering and supplies as required.
- Assist Event Executive with coordinating event logistics.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for events as necessary, as well as keeping event space orderly and organized.
