One Church | Full-Time Worship Leader
Murfreesboro, Tennessee, United States
Job Type: Full-Time
About One ChurchOne Church is pursuing something rare and deeply intentional. We believe God is calling us to make a meaningful creative mark on the Kingdom—not for the sake of novelty, but to move the Kingdom forward through beauty, depth, and excellence. Our heart is to attract, equip, and send Kingdom‑driven, servant‑minded worship leaders by producing authentic, original, world‑class worship music and content that serves both the local and global Church.
We seek to build a community for worship leaders who think deeply, create courageously, and serve faithfully. We value artistry without ego, excellence without spectacle, and creativity that flows from spiritual depth. Our aim is not to replicate what already exists, but to cultivate worship that is honest, compelling, and rooted in the life of the local church.
This is not a transactional role. We are prayerfully seeking the right person—a worship leader who resonates deeply with this vision and desires to build something lasting in close collaboration with our Music Label Director, pastoral leadership, and emerging creatives.
