Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Scheduling Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing accurate, timely support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments
- Provide professional and courteous customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systems
- Address customer concerns, manage follow-ups, and support resolution efforts
- Stay informed on company services to provide accurate information to customers
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and leadership to support operations
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and technology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
- Dependable and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
- Comfortable making outbound calls
This is an office-based role where you will primarily interact with customers by phone. The position requires consistent communication with internal teams and maintaining a professional, organized workspace. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where responsiveness and accuracy are essential.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
