Client Service Manager (CSM)
We’re hiring a Client Service Manager (CSM) for a growing financial planning practice.
This is not an “assistant” role. This is an ownership role.
The right person will run the client service engine of the firm, ensuring an exceptional client experience while helping create operational efficiency and scalability.
The goal is simple:
Free the advisor to focus on advice, relationships, and growth while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs
- Preparing all meeting materials and ensuring meetings are fully organized in advance
- Managing CRM accuracy, workflows, task tracking, and operational follow-through
- Handling account opening support, transfers, and operational coordination
- Driving proactive client communication and service touchpoints
- Identifying inefficiencies and improving processes proactively
- Acting as a gatekeeper for priorities, communication, and workflow management
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with affluent clients
- Comfortable learning and navigating technology systems and CRMs
- Someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for instructions
- 3–7+ years in financial services or a similar client service environment
- Experience supporting a financial advisor or professional services professional
- Familiarity with account servicing and operational workflows preferred
Part-time for 90 days. Approximately $65,000 total compensation first year.
This role is critical to the long-term growth and client experience of the firm. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about clients and team success.
