At John Jones Real Estate, we’re committed to delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a Client Care Specialist who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide timely, thoughtful, and accurate responses to client needs
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain client records and document interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client’s experience
- Front desk personality – friendly demeanor, helpful, big smile!
- Excellent communication (good grammar/spelling) and interpersonal skills, self-starter
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic office software and CRM platforms, E Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor are a must
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types
- Empathy, patience, and a client-first attitude
- An eye for design would be awesome
- Ability to use all platforms of social media is a huge plus
This is a full-time position and requires an in-person, 40‑hour workweek, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with lunch hour. The position offers paid holidays, vacation and sick days, however does not include healthcare benefits. Compensation is $40,000‑50,000 depending on experience. Experience in real estate or related field preferred, but not required. Start date is ASAP with paid on‑site training provided.
