Position Overview
Mazda Service Advisor.
Full-time, 5‑day work week with Saturdays required. Base salary $50,000 plus performance bonus.

We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Mazda team. Mazda owners are passionate about their vehicles and expect an exceptional ownership experience. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them maintain their vehicles while delivering a level of service that builds trust and long‑term loyalty.
This position is ideal for an individual who combines automotive knowledge with outstanding hospitality, strong communication skills, and the intuition to anticipate customer needs.
What You’ll Do- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized service experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust, transparency, and follow‑through.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle needs.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate communication.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and a seamless ownership experience.
- Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
- Support dealership goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
