Customer Service Representative

Ashley Furniture - 460 North Thompson Lane - Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service:
Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image, provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications;
Sales Order Support:
Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring documentation is complete and approvals obtained;
Customer Account Management:
Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain customer account information in retail management systems;
Cash Handling & Financial Procedures:
Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions under Office Manager supervision;
Customer Issue Resolution:
Address inquiries and concerns professionally, escalate to Management as appropriate and follow up to ensure resolution
