The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Arena Supervisor at the Robert
A. Ring Arena. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Arena Coordinator.
Position Overview: The Robert
A. Ring Arena Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, service-oriented individual who ensures the arena is maintained in a safe, clean, and welcoming condition for all visitors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and closing the Robert
A. Ring Arena facility. - Preparing the park grounds each day, including picking up litter, sweeping entrances, and cleaning restrooms and drinking fountains.
- Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of restroom and facility supplies.
- Assisting the Arena Coordinator with schedules and league operations.
- Providing support and assistance to patrons.
- Completing incident and accident reports as needed.
- Enforcing facility rules, policies, and procedures.
- Supervising all scheduled activities and providing scorekeeping support.
- Performing light turf maintenance when required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred (training encouraged if not certified).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
No prior experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided at the Robert
A. Ring Arena. Candidates with prior experience in recreation, customer service, or facility supervision are encouraged to apply.
