Job Overview

At ResultsCX, the Onsite Customer Service Representative will work from our Knoxville office at 412 N Peters Rd #100, Knoxville TN 37922, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups, and more. The role requires going beyond script and providing valuable support to our communities.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account updates, billing questions, and service inquiries.
• Assist with new account setups and other customer service tasks.
• Provide clear and accurate information, and offer additional coverage or services when appropriate.
• Follow up on customer requests and staff escalations, ensuring customers are protected and satisfied.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency, ability to toggle between multiple systems.
• Open availability 7 days a week.
• Pay starts at $14/hr in training; rates vary by program fit.
• Reliable transportation to and from 412 N Peters Rd #100, Knoxville TN 37922.
• Live within commuting distance of the Knoxville site.
