Rivers Dental Care is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN. We are open to new graduates and are seeking someone who is kind, reliable, trustworthy, outgoing, and eager to grow alongside a team that values communication, accountability, and exceptional patient care.

Our office is made up of team members who support one another, jump in where needed, and work together toward shared goals. Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care.
• Perform oral cancer screenings and contribute to comprehensive patient care.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed.
• Utilize clinical judgment to identify treatment needs and help patients understand the benefits of recommended care.
• Partner closely with the doctors and team to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Assist in creating an efficient, positive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
• Support the team as needed and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

• Active Tennessee dental hygiene license (or ability to obtain).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Dentrix experience preferred.
• iTero experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
