Coronal Polisher​/Registered Dental Assistant; RDA)

Serenity Smiles Dental Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher/Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

• Provide skilled chairside assistance during general dental procedures.
• Perform coronal polishing under the dentist’s supervision.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs.
• Monitor patients receiving nitrous oxide, as permitted by Tennessee regulations.
• Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms.
• Properly sterilize and organize instruments.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Help patients feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Support an efficient clinical schedule and smooth patient flow.
• Work proactively with the clinical and administrative teams.

• Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant registration.
• Current coronal polishing certification.
• Current dental radiology certification.
• Current nitrous oxide monitoring certification.
• At least two years of general dentistry experience

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative.

• Experience using Open Dental.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but are not required.
