4-day workweek, No evenings, No weekends

Christmas through New Year's off & Additional week off during the summer

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a busy, established pediatric dental practice in Murfreesboro, TN. The practice offers an experienced team, established patient base, strong clinical support, and a modern, fully digital clinical environment.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, hygiene checks, restorative treatment, sedation, and general anesthesia.
• Typically see approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day workweek, supported by an experienced clinical team.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, and the dental team.
• Work with full clinical autonomy, with mentorship available from an experienced team.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Tennessee license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
• Board eligible/certified preferred
• Comfortable with or willing to train in sedation and general anesthesia
• New graduates are welcome and will receive strong mentorship
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Kind, positive, team-oriented, and comfortable working with children and parents

• Transition to approximately 35-36% of net collections
