Honeyrock Outdoors is a premier outdoor living and pool construction company specializing in luxury residential projects throughout Middle Tennessee. We design and build custom pools, landscapes, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, structures, and fully integrated outdoor environments. Every project begins with intentional design, precise planning, and execution at the highest level.

We are seeking an elite

Landscape Designer / Architect to lead the design vision and technical documentation for our projects. This role is for a professional who understands that great outdoor spaces are both artand engineered construction.

This role is responsible forfull project design ownership—from concept through final construction documents. You will create high-end designs, detailed construction plans, and photorealistic renderings that guide our estimating, sales, and build teams.

This is not a production-only role. You will be adesign authoritywithin the company.

• Lead design and creative direction for all outdoor living projects
• Develop concept designs, master plans, and refined client presentations
• Produce
  complete construction drawings
  including:
• Layouts and dimensions
• Elevations and sections
• Hardscape, landscape, pool, and structure details
• Utilities coordination (lighting, drainage, gas, electrical intent)
• Create high-end 3D models and renderings for client presentations
• Collaborate closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams
• Ensure designs are buildable, accurate, and aligned with Honeyrock standards
• Participate in design revisions and client feedback cycles
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation

• Proven experience in
  high-end residential landscape and outdoor living design
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Sketch Up
• High-end rendering software such as
  Lumion
  (or equivalent)
• Ability to create
  permit-ready and construction-ready plans
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• High attention to detail and design accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Licensed Landscape Architect or Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Experience designing pools, outdoor kitchens, structures, and complex hardscapes
• Background working with custom builders or luxury residential firms
• Salary starting at $80,000+ per year
