Job Summary /Basic FunctionThe Department of Recording Industry at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty position (#145100) at the rank of lecturer. The successful candidates are expected to teach undergraduate courses in music business, focusing on a survey of the recording industry, marketing, copyright, live entertainment, and related subjects. Required EducationA master's degree in recording industry, music, business administration, or a closely related field, or a bachelor's degree in recording industry, music, business administration, or a closely related field with two (2) years of full-time recording industry professional work experience is required by the appointment date.
