Cogdop is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member for the Department of Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. The position is at the rank of assistant or associate professor in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, starting August 1, 2025. Responsibilities include teaching courses, supervising student research, and developing a robust research program.
The ideal candidate will support the nationally recognized M.A. program in I-O Psychology and engage with the MTSU Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness. Open areas of specialization are welcomed.
