Job Summary /Basic FunctionThe Graduate Admission & Student Records Analyst serves as the primary records and student progression specialist for an assigned portfolio of graduate academic programs.
The position is responsible for managing and maintaining student records throughout the entire student lifecycle, from initial application through degree conferral.
Working collaboratively with recruitment staff, program directors, faculty, and students, the analyst processes applications, evaluates academic records, manages exceptions and substitutions, monitors student progression, and conducts graduation audits to ensure compliance with university and program requirements.
The analyst develops comprehensive knowledge of assigned graduate programs and serves as a key resource for prospective students, current students, faculty, and staff regarding admissions requirements, academic policies, degree requirements, and graduation pathways. During the admissions process, the analyst proactively communicates with applicants to guide them through each stage of enrollment, helping remove barriers to enrollment and supporting university enrollment goals.
Throughout a student's academic journey, the analyst provides ongoing support and guidance regarding program requirements, academic milestones, and degree completion. Under the supervision and mentorship of a Senior Analyst, the position combines enrollment support, records management, and student success initiatives to promote student persistence and successful degree completion.
Required EducationBachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.
Entry level position; training will be provided.
Desirable Related ExperienceProfessional experience in student services, enrollment management, admissions, academic records, advising, customer service, office administration, or a related field preferred.
