Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, the Specialist
- Recruitment supports the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students through on-campus recruitment activities, student engagement, and event programming. The Specialist
- Recruitment serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families visiting Middle Tennessee State University and represents the University in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner.
Essential duties include providing information to prospective students and families; assisting with on-campus recruitment events and campus tours; maintaining regular communication with prospective students; supporting recruitment initiatives and special projects; and collaborating with campus partners to provide a positive and seamless prospective student experience. Evening and weekend work is required to support recruitment events and activities.

Bachelor's degree required.

One year of full-time experience in higher education.

Valid driver's license required.

One year of full-time experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, or a related field is preferred.
