This role facilitates engaging learning experiences through a variety of training modalities, supports change management initiatives, partners with facility leadership to develop talent, and ensures classroom learning is successfully translated into on‑the‑job performance.

The Academy Coach acts as a trusted partner to associates and leaders by delivering training, coaching talent, supporting operational readiness, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning and belonging. You’ll make an impact by contributing to the delivery of engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that build associate capability and drive operational excellence across the business, facilitating training through a variety of learning modalities, partnering with facility leaders to identify development opportunities, strengthen talent pipelines, and support succession planning efforts, coaching and developing associates and leaders by providing actionable feedback, mentoring, and performance support that drives growth and accountability, conducting facility visits to ensure classroom learning translates into operational execution and identifying opportunities to improve performance, supporting the successful adoption of new processes, programs, and change initiatives through training, communication, and hands‑on coaching, building strong relationships with stakeholders across facilities, Academy teams, and business partners to align learning solutions with business needs, driving continuous improvement by conducting facilitation audits, participating in content reviews, and providing feedback to enhance learning effectiveness, leveraging data, observations, and business insights to measure learning outcomes and improve associate readiness, and creating an inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement, belonging, collaboration, and continuous development.

• You have knowledge of Walmart Academy programs, operational processes, and leadership development practices.
