Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team, supporting both land development and surveying projects. This role requires proficiency in various aspects of civil design and drafting, with a particular focus on AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with the land development and surveying teams to provide comprehensive design support.

+ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating detailed plans and layouts.

+ Apply expertise in stormwater management and drainage systems to design effective solutions.

+ Engage in land planning and subdivision projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

+ Work on topography and site layout designs, contributing to successful land development projects.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design.

+ Strong understanding of stormwater management and drainage systems.

+

Experience with platts and land development planning.

+ 5+ years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Certification in CAD or drafting.

+ Experience in survey design and topography.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MURFREESBORO, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
