This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent located in Pampa, Tx. The Electrical Superintendent will oversee and coordinate electrical contracting activities on construction projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The role also involves collaborating with other project teams to ensure efficient execution and seamless delivery of projects.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and effective delegation
• Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience in Electrical Contracting, including project management and execution
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to electrical systems
• Understanding of safety protocols and industry standards in construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Valid electrical license or certification is advantageous
