Overview
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Independently manage end-to-end engineering projects for Marine Industries. Handle diverse marine products including metal parts, towers, flooring, and board racks. Create and execute project schedules, track milestones and vendor progress. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, leadership, and engineering teams. Develop product quotes, manufacturing plans, and production requirements. Lead project reviews, approvals, and technical communications. Support prototype, pre-production, and sample builds with detailed documentation.
Perform mechanical product design, CAD modelling, and engineering drawings. Apply GD&T standards and manage BOMs and engineering changes. Provide hands-on manufacturing and process engineering support. Execute process selection, tooling/fixture design, and DFMA analysis. Contribute to business justification, customer discussions, and growth initiatives.
