** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.
* Guide, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and staff.
* Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Oversee repairs and projects to ensure safe, timely, cost‑effective completion.
* Monitor maintenance budgets and manage resources efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA and all relevant safety standards.
* Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan facility improvements.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field.
* 7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, repair procedures, and maintenance systems.
* Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance analytics.
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams.
* Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
