This is a part‑time role, not to exceed 20 hours per week and 1,000 hours per calendar year.

As an Industrial Engineer Co‑Op, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing efficient solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and reduce expenses.

Working under supervision, you will obtain unique knowledge and help solve advanced manufacturing problems.

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Data Analytics, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field required
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical data packages
• Ability to use MS Office programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
