Controls Process Engineer — Automated Manufacturing

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support and optimize automated production systems within a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability, troubleshooting controls issues, and driving process efficiency across high-speed production lines.

We are looking for someone experienced as a manufacturing engineer who is skilled in Controls, automation, and process improvements. Continuous Improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PLC programming is required.

Experience in consumer goods and clean room environment a huge plus.

• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC/HMI systems (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
• Support automation, controls, and electrical systems across filling, packaging, and processing equipment
• Work with VFDs, sensors, vision systems, and instrumentation
• Lead or support projects including installation, startup, and commissioning
• Partner with maintenance and operations to reduce downtime and improve performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Experience in manufacturing automation or controls engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in cosmetics, food & beverage, or consumer goods manufacturing
• Knowledge of high-speed packaging or processing equipment
