$28 per hour, depending upon experience

Our Team is currently looking for a Service Writer Customer Support Representative to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. • Retail focus – Customer Relationship
• Solicit sale of new or additional services
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
• Communicating with customer in person, over the phone and using computer
• Handle/resolve service-related concerns

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong technician background a must
• ASE certifications strongly encouraged
• Driver's License is required
• CDL is a Plus
• Ability to create professional relationships with customers
• Ability to stay self‑motivated
• Able to obtain DOT Medcard a plus

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
• The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Chosen associate must be able to read and write.
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
