Our client, a long‑standing and highly respected organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Rutherford County, TN. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, strengthening asset performance, and influencing strategic business decisions. This role will be onsite in Rutherford County, TN. MUST be a Tennessee resident. Potential for hybrid flexibility.

What You’ll Do as the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Preparing and interpreting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Leading pro forma calculations and building sophisticated financial models
- Providing critical insights for asset management reviews and portfolio performance discussions
- Supporting audits, internal reviews, and cross‑functional special projects
- Periodic travel as needed to support business initiatives and portfolio needs

Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with financial systems such as Yardi
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach
