We are working with one of our best clients, a highly respected organization, to find an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Rutherford County, TN. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, strengthening asset performance, and influencing strategic business decisions. This role can be hybrid or remote for the right person!!

What You’ll Do as the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Preparing and interpreting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Leading pro forma calculations and build financial models
- Providing critical insights for asset management reviews and portfolio performance discussions

Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with financial systems
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, self-starter
