Registered Client Service Associate

Job Position: Registered Client Service Associate

Salary Range: $70K-90K + Discretionary bonus + Benefits

• Serve as a point of contact for an assigned book of client households
• Pro-actively communicate with clients to maintain relationships and provide the highest level of service
• Support a lead advisor with client and prospect meetings on topics such as financial planning updates, life-events and transitions, and investment updates
• Coordinate internally across our planning, tax, and investment teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Maintain rigorous documentation and follow-through in Salesforce, our primary CRM
• For those interested, you will be provided the tools and resources to pass the CFP examination (not required)

• 3-5 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or financial planning (required)
• FINRA licensing (required)
• High ownership mentality- you follow through, you communicate proactively, and clients notice
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM (preferred)
