Smart Bank is seeking a Residential Lender to build mortgage business across our Tennessee markets. You’ll work in communities to raise brand awareness, solicit first mortgage loans, explain underwriting guidelines, and guide applicants from application to closing.
The role requires NMLS registration, a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, and 2–4 years in originating secondary market mortgages, preferably in a bank setting. Travel within territory is expected.
