The Team Lead is a part-time, on-site role based in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, supporting staff, and ensuring an excellent client experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the service schedule, coordinating appointments, and assisting with front desk duties such as check-in, check-out, and payment processing. The Team Lead helps maintain studio cleanliness and organization, supports training and onboarding of new team members, and monitors adherence to service standards and safety protocols.

This role may also assist with basic marketing activities, upselling services and products, and addressing client questions or concerns in a professional manner.

• Leadership and team coordination skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support studio staff.
• Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating positive client experiences and resolving concerns effectively.
• Organizational and time management skills for handling schedules, appointments, and studio operations efficiently.
• Basic administrative and point-of-sale skills, including familiarity with booking systems and payment processing.
• Understanding of or interest in beauty services such as sugaring, waxing, lash and brow treatments, and tanning.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in a beauty studio environment.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty studio, or in a supervisory customer-facing role, is preferred.
