Behavior Technician, ABA Tutor, Paid RBT Certification: Fall in love with a new career in Applied Behavior Analysis. • Raising over $ specifically for the Coachella Valley Autism Society.
• Creating an annual Autism Awareness event called "A Walk In the Park" that hundreds attend each year.
• (Qualified Employees) Company-sponsored volunteer trip for staff (must be a qualified employee) to visit The Montego Bay Autism Center in Montego Bay, Jamaica (two trips a year, each one week in length).
• Altogether we "get behind each other's personal causes" and donate time or dollars to help that person reach their goals.

• Applying and maintaining all B.E.S.T. practices of ABA Therapy.
• Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ensure parental participation during sessions.
• Having a great attitude and loving working with small children.

• Reliable form of transportation.
• BLS certification.
• Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (child).
• Complete the RBT training process to become RBT certified.
