This individual will oversee the day-to-day management and service delivery in the Comprehensive, Affiliate and/or Specialized Center(s) within the LWDA.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis individual will also coordinate services with the LWDA’s affiliate, specialized and/or identified access points apprising partners of customer referral services, ensure coordination of on-site and off-site core or required partner programs, and provide functional supervision to partner staff. Prepare required electronic reports and communicate these results with the One Stop Operator. Market One Stop Services. Maintain meeting agendas and minutes of Functional Teams, Quarterly Meetings, etc.
Will serve as primary back up to the One Stop Operator as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalency, Associate or Bachelors level Degree preferred
- Advanced computer competency/literacy skills are required
- Desire to make a positive impact in the workforce development of Northwest Tennessee
- Excellence in computer software applications including word processing systems and the ability to learn new computer application systems
- Individuals that desire to work with diverse populations and low-income populations are preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adapt in a rapidly changing atmosphere
- 1 to 3 years’ experience including; development of policies and procedures, storage and retrieval of data, preparation of reports, supervisory techniques, Budgetary and fiscal compliance practices.
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and the ability to be ensured at standard vehicle liability rates
