• Provide a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct client assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to deliver safe, effective treatments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client progress notes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other team members to support client health and wellness goals.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment space.
• Assist with scheduling and client check-out using basic computer skills.

• Valid Tennessee massage therapy license.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing education.
• Experience with various massage modalities preferred.
• Flexible shifts available (AM/PM options, minimum 2 days per week).
