Compensation and Schedule
  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Salary range: $70,000–$100,000

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

  • Collect, analyze, and use data to guide clinical decision-making

  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians

  • Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and other providers to support client progress

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Participate in treatment planning and case review meetings

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
