Lakeview Hospital, part of LCMC Health, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist to join our growing robotics program. You will support surgeons during minimally invasive and robotic procedures, prepare patients, ensure instrument readiness, and mentor new surgical staff as needed.
We emphasize patient safety, teamwork and ongoing skills development in a collaborative environment. Prior robotic experience is welcomed but not required.
