With a manageable caseload of 30 students from PreK to 5th grade, you’ll play a key role in helping children develop crucial communication skills to succeed academically and socially.

This flexible role is ideal for professionals seeking either part-time (3 days per week) or full-time hours, with a weekly commitment ranging from 35 to 40 hours, all delivered onsite within a collaborative school environment. You'll receive additional role details during the interview process.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for PreK-5th grade students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered environment
