Guest Service Representative

Vision Hospitality Group -  - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to guests during check-in and check-out across in-person, phone, and front-desk interactions;
Maintain knowledge of all hotel systems including PBX, PMS reservation systems, and general office machines to support guest needs;
Promote and upsell rooms to walk-ins and phone reservations while achieving occupancy goals;
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction;
Adhere to standard operating procedures and brand standards while handling clerical tasks and daily shift checklists
