Area Director, Revenue Management

• Drive strategic revenue initiatives across multiple Makeready hotels
• Lead rate, pricing, and inventory strategy to maximize profitability
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable plans
• Partner with property and corporate teams to deliver results aligned with brand and market goals
• Lead forecasting, pricing, and inventory optimization
• Stay ahead of trends and bring a creative approach to the changing marketplace
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Shape revenue management and distribution strategy for multiple properties

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management
• At least 3 years as a Director of Revenue Management for a hotel or multi-property group
• Experience managing revenue for both branded and independent assets preferred
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing performance across multiple markets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing and mentoring revenue management teams
• Proficiency in Opera PMS, IDeaS, and iHotelier or equivalent systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Demonstrates extensive experience in Revenue Management, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives, optimizing pricing and inventory strategies, and leading teams to achieve revenue growth across multiple properties. Proficient in data analysis and forecasting to inform actionable business decisions.
