THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands‑on HR professional to help build and structure the HR function of a growing U.S. operation.
This is not a “maintenance HR role”. This is a build, improve, and make an impact position.

- Implement HR processes and policies
- Manage employee relations and performance discussions

- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or similar)
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and achieve ambitious goals.
- Outgoing, disciplined, and self‑motivated personality.
- Open-minded, with a collaborative approach to working with international teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
