About The Role
The AI Strategy & Adoption Manager will lead the company’s efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, improve client deliverables, and streamline operations. This role will serve as the internal champion for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Core
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain an AI adoption roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Identify high-value AI use cases for insurance consulting and brokerage operations.
- Research and vet AI tools and vendors, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Determine and evaluate the need to leverage consulting partners to support the success and speed of AI specific strategies
- Establish AI governance frameworks for ethical and responsible AI use.
- Collaborate with business units to design AI-driven solutions for client servicing, underwriting, and compliance.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to validate AI initiatives.
- Partner with IT and operations to integrate AI tools into workflows.
- Oversee data readiness and quality for AI applications.
- Develop AI literacy programs for employees.
- Act as an internal evangelist for AI adoption, addressing resistance and misconceptions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with insurance regulations and data security standards.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to AI bias, errors, or misuse.
- Track AI performance and ROI post-implementation.
- Recommend optimizations and upgrades as technology evolves.
Skills Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–7 years’ experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
- Familiarity with insurance industry processes (underwriting, claims, policy management).
- Strong understanding of AI tools, machine learning concepts, and data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with AI integration in regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and similar CRM’s
- Certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or change management.
