CSI Companies is partnering with a manufacturing client that is expanding and upgrading its SAP environment. We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Architect to support SAP optimization, enhancements, integrations, and future-state process design across a manufacturing footprint.

This is a full-time opportunity based in the Middle Tennessee region with a hybrid onsite schedule. Candidates must be open to relocation.

This opportunity is located in a smaller Middle Tennessee community that offers a quieter pace of life, a family-friendly environment, and strong access to outdoor recreation. • Serve as the SAP OTC Lead / Architect and subject matter expert for order-to-cash processes
• Partner with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to design and optimize SAP solutions
• Support SAP projects including upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and cross-functional SAP teams
• Analyze current OTC processes and recommend improvements aligned with business and manufacturing objectives
• Support documentation, training, issue resolution, and ongoing SAP best practices
• Help drive system integrity, process standardization, and continuous improvement

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP OTC / SD experience
• Hands-on SAP SD/OTC configuration experience, including pricing, sales orders, billing, delivery, customer master, and related integration points
• Strong SAP ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA experience
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting full-cycle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or major SAP enhancement projects
• Strong understanding of integration points across SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, PP, warehouse, logistics, and distribution processes
• Ability to work closely with business users, leadership, and technical teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Sales order management
• Delivery and logistics processes
• SAP SD configuration and support
• Order-to-cash process optimization
• Integration with finance, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations
