As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data
• Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
