We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a new Salesforce implementation and manage the platform's ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and user support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing Salesforce to enhance member engagement, streamline operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform efficiency.
  • Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and responding to user requests.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to customize Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage data integrity, security settings, and user access controls.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business intelligence needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for CRM data management.
    • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and security settings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user management.
  • Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
  • Experience supporting a Salesforce implementation or migration is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end users.
