Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial/Loan Systems Administrator with our client in Clarksville, Tennessee! This person will ideally report in‑office on a bi‑weekly basis for organizational meetings and work‑from‑home the remainer of the time. The chosen candidate will be a part of our team, managing the administration of core systems and providing solutions to enhance our members’ experience.
The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and translating business requirements into functional programs and reports. Requirements include expertise in a variety of skills including, but not limited to, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, Computer Hardware, Python, and Microsoft SQL.
- Oversee the daily operations to meet our information needs
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and engage with vendors and co‑workers for problem resolution
- Analyze business functions and management information needs to develop new, effective solutions
- Ensure system integrity and optimal performance
- Prepare and transmit data to vendors as required
- Support various vendors and interfaces with technical assistance
- Develop technical and functional documentation for new programs or as changes are made to existing programs
- Install and test the latest software and OS patches from vendors to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation
- Respond promptly to user’s requests and ideas, and provide assistance, support, and training as required
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with area staff and management
- Stay informed of changes in system functionality and computer technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial / Loan Systems Administrator or in a related role
- Proficiency in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell Technologies
- Knowledge and experience in working with Databases
- Familiarity with AB Testing and Cluster Analysis
- Proficient in Active Directory and Backup Technologies
- Experience in working with Computer Hardware
- Knowledge of Python and Microsoft SQL
- Ability to manage and administer loan systems efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Loan Application systems, Jack Henry, Symitar, Meridia, Online Banking applications/ systems is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards is a plus.
