Job Overview

We are hiring a Van Delivery Driver at the Gordon Food Service Retail Store. This role includes delivering products, supporting store operations, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Pay: $18 per hour.
Weekend availability required.

• Monday—Saturday: 7 AM–8 PM

• Accurately locate and pick orders in store for wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Deliver products on time and with high accuracy.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with store operations before or after completing delivery routes.
• Process customer purchases at the point of sale and ensure security of assets.
• Receive and merchandise products, ensuring proper rotation, product quality, end‑cap, planogram execution, top stock, and organization of freezer, cooler, and backroom areas.

• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience and one year of customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License.
• Clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in last 5 years).
• Minimum age 18.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment checks, including a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Able to use a two‑wheel cart that can carry up to 350 pounds.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be willing to provide a letter of support if you have worked for a GFS customer.
