- Performing standard penetrometer testing operations including performing borings and geoprobes
- Locating borings in the field
- Recording required drilling data
- Reporting project-specific issues to the project manager and/or your supervisor
- Performing drill rig and support truck maintenance; reporting repair and maintenance issues to the drilling supervisor
- Following company safety procedures and guidelines for maintaining a safe work environment for all crew personnel
- Safely and accurately loading drill rig and support vehicle each day with supplies Promptly and accurately completing time sheets and field paperwork
- Care for and clean assigned company vehicles and drilling equipment and other assigned equipment
- Maintaining professional behavior and quality standards
- Willingness to work out of town and on non-standard work schedules when required
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 0 - 3 years of experience
