Job Description: The role combines groundskeeping and apartment get‑ready maintenance. The candidate will work approximately 20‑24 hours per week, typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. This team position maintains the appearance and functionality of the property grounds and ensures apartments are ready for new residents. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor common areas.
• Assist in preparation of vacant apartments for new residents.
• Perform light routine maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and handling minor electrical or plumbing issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Provide on‑call support for emergencies as needed.

• Residential maintenance experience.
• Aptitude for carpentry, plumbing, or general handyman work.
• One to two years of related experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Can‑do attitude.
