• Control and coordinate maintenance activities for continuous operation of multiple gym facilities via the use of an internal work order software
• Maintain and service all equipment within these facilities
• Partner with supervisor to order required parts
• Participate in weekly maintenance meeting with support partners, ownership, and area managers
• Recommend and facilitate additional third-party assistance when needed

• Possess a demonstrated ability to do basic carpentry and mechanical repair skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must also be able to understand equipment operation
• 1 year of maintenance experience; fitness industry preferred
• HS diploma is preferred
• Current CPR Certification is required
